watt-hours = kilowatt-hours × 1,000

1.2 × 1,000 = 1,200 Wh
Step Two: Divide by hours
Apply the unit conversion or electrical factor needed for the final result.
watts = watt-hours ÷ hours
Using the same example:
1,200 ÷ 4 = 300 W
